MT107-212, MT107-312, & MT107-105

Brea, California 4/18/06 – ALTINEX, Inc. announces the release of its new MT107-105, an AV-OVER-Twisted Pair Matrix Engine for 8x8 to 16x16 4-Twisted Pair Matrix which has the capability of switching encoded Twisted Pair signals. The base engine includes two 4-channel TP inputs and two 4-channel TP outputs, each with local audio output. High bandwidth cables ensure signal integrity.

Key features include:

• 8x8 to 16x16 4-TP Matrix Engine
• Up to 7 cards may be connected
• VGA-UXGA; 480p-1080i
• Full matrix fits in one 19- or 20slot enclosure
• Good price point

Two new expansion cards for use with this new Matrix Switcher have been designed. The MT107-212 , a 4-Twisted Pair input expansion card, and the MT107-312 a 4-Twisted Pair output card receive encoded ALTINEX Twisted Pair Standard signals. Each of these new cards can handle up to 16x16 channels over 2, 4-TP inputs/outputs in one enclosure, have signal detection circuitry, RS-232 control, and reflect a great amount of flexibility for customization of Matrix Switchers.
