Brea, California 4/18/06 - ALTINEX, Inc. announces the release of the MT104-130 to its MultiTasker product line. The new 2-IN, 1-OUT VGA + Audio Auto-Switcher and Transmitter is designed to switch between two audio and video sources.

The MT104-130 encodes the selected source and transmits it using ALTINEX Twisted Pair standard, supporting resolutions VGA through UXGA. This switcher may be operated manually using RS-232 communication, or by using pre-programmed buttons on the front panel of the MultiTasker. Automatic switching is accomplished upon signal detection. The MT104-130 Transmitter was created to be used with an equivalent Altinex Twisted Pair Receiver, such as the DA1931CT or the TP115-111.
