ALTINEX ANNOUNCES “SHOWTIME” INTEGRATED COMPLETE-SOLUTION PACKAGES

- Altinex Targets Education Marketplace with Pre-Packaged Integration Kits for Installers

Brea CA – [June 9, 2009] - Altinex, a leading manufacturer of Modular AV Solutions™, is pleased to announce Showtime™, an “integrator’s audio-visual presentation solution in a box.” Showtime™ kits include all the electronics, cables, and controls needed to create a professional, easy-to-use AV presentation room for schools and small conference rooms.

Dealers can select from five (5) Showtime™ models that vary between 1 to 4 computer sources and 1 to 4 video sources – each with their associated stereo audio channels. The integrated switcher utilizes industry standard CAT-5 cabling, has a built-in 30w amplifier, supports microphone mixing, and automatically mutes when house paging or emergency alarms sound. The attractive Decora-style push button controller provides for projector and screen control, volume and mute, and allows users to select the source for the presentation. All of these features (and more) are available at a very attractive price.
