Digital technology has made a 360º turn in the way learning has taken place in just the last decade, and many learning institutions have blended the use of IT within the actual classroom itself, allowing for live group discussions that only enhance the complete learning process.
ALTINEX, Inc. assisted with such an audiovisual system at The National Center for Health Care Informatics (NCHCI) on the campus of Montana Tech at The University of Montana. The final outcome is an audiovisual (AV) and Access Grid Node (AGN) Communications System with networked computers. Both cost- and space-effective, a major benefit with this system is the ability to add to this ever-evolving classroom as needs change going forward.
