The ISM5000 and ISM5106 are 6-key control panels designed to be mounted into Decora style wall-plates. The ISM5000 is the master unit and can be connected to an ISM5106 expansion unit for up to 12 control keys. In addition, multiple ISM5000s may be connected to a single MultiTasker®. Power from these units is supplied by the MultiTasker from pin 9 of the rear RS-232 connector on the enclosure.

Each ISM5000 can be assigned a unique ID number. This makes it easy to combine the control for several rooms into one control or to seperate a large working area with a single MultiTasker.

Each unit has 6 keys with LEDs. The units are fully programmable from the MultiTasker and can execute any subroutine stored in a MultiTasker system.

The LEDs can be turned "ON" or "OFF" with simple subroutine calls. The keys offer removable transparent faces allowing access to removable labels for easy identification of programmed functions.
