Designed for installation into a table (such as those found in boardrooms and conference rooms) the Cable-Nook Jr.™ , model CNK121 provides a simple, yet effective way of hiding and storing multi-media cables in a compact enclosure. More importantly, the cables remain connected to a presentation system, enabling the user to simply access them and connect them to video, audio, and other media sources needed for a presentation.

The CNK121 uses a trap door type design with a lid that remains flush with the table when not in use. To access the cables, the user simply lifts the trap door and pulls the ends out. The lid offers a half-moon cutout, allowing it to close even with several cables in use. After the presentation, the cable ends are returned to the CNK121 for safe storage.

Cables are fed through the CNK121 to the underside of the table, enabling connection to the presentation system. The weight of the cables helps to feed the slack through the unit and the cable ends are kept from falling by a special adjustable retaining bracket. The bracket uses rounded edges to prevent kinking and it can be adjusted for a wide variety of cable sizes. The height of the bracket shelf can be adjusted for different depths. The CNK121 also provides one AC Power socket internally, making it easy to power a laptop or other device. The CNK121 comes standard in a matte black color, but is available in other finishes upon request.

The Cable-Nook Jr.™ utilizes a trap door type construction. To access the cable ends inside the box, the user simply lifts the top lid. A half moon shaped cutout allows cables to pass when the lid is closed.

With the lid open, the user can simply grasp a cable end and pull it out of the box, connecting it to the source device. Slack under the table allows the user to pull the cable out the required distance.

The Cable-Nook Jr.™ utilizes an internal shelf that keeps cables from falling down. The shelf offers several retaining elements that can be adjusted for a wide range of cable types. The shelf also offers one AC Power connection.

The retaining bracket shelf inside the Cable-Nook Jr.™ can be removed from the unit. The shelf itself can be adjusted to different depths inside the box. Gaps between the retaining elements can be adjusted by loosening two screws and sliding the bracket. Brackets can also be completely removed if necessary.
