The DA1902SX is a 1-In 2-Out RGBHV distribution amplifier, which is unique because it offers 5 BNC connectors for the input and two 15-pin HD (VGA-type) connectors for the outputs. This makes it perfect for special applications where an RGBHV signal on 5 BNC connectors needs to be connected to two VGA-type monitors. The 15-pin HD connectors can also be adapted to 5 BNC connectors, if desired, using adapter cables.
Though primarily designed for RGBHV format signals, the DA1902SX is capable of passing RGBS and RGsB as well.
In addition to being used for applications with two displays, the DA1902SX also acts as an "Input Module" for the ALTINEX Serial Distribution System, a system that uses the concept of creating a high-resolution video bus in large distribution applications with many displays. This system provides a lower cost, higher performance alternative to the concept of feeding "home runs" to a single large distribution amplifier.
Compact and very low cost, the DA1902SX makes for an ideal distribution amplifier in either a small or large system.
