The DA403-115 provides a means of transmitting computer video and audio signals over long distances using BNC or VGA-type cable. Video equalization allows for cable lengths over 300ft (91m) using high- quality cable.
The DA403-115 also has snap-in connector ports available for routing additional computer video, audio, and control signals.
The DA403-115 is designed to mount into a standard 3-gang outlet box and the DA403-110 into a standard 2-gang outlet box. Each offers a female 15pin HD input with Plug & Play compatibility and a 3.5mm jack for stereo audio input. The local output is available on the front of the units using a 15pin HD connector for video and a 3.5mm jack for audio.
The rear connectors provide the main drive output for the video and audio cables and are accessible from either a 10pin terminal block connector or a 10pin IDC connector. Adapter cables are included with the unit and can be used to convert the IDC output to a 15pin HD connector or to 5 BNC connectors. The terminal block output allows cables with bare wires to be connected to the RGBHV, and respective ground, outputs. The wires are connected using captive screws on the terminal block.
The signal detect feature shows when a signal is present. The DA403-110/115 also offer a buffered local output for both video and audio. The front panel provides an attractive, extra-fine, line-grain finish for the audio/video inputs and local outputs.
The AC101-301 Connector Kit is designed for use with the DA403-115 which includes a 4pin Mini Din S-Video connector, 2 RJ45 connectors, 3 RCA connectors, and 2 blank snap-in connectors.
