The VM2141AU is an 8-In balanced mono Audio Input Card designed for use in V-Matrix ® enclosures. It must be used with 8-Out, balanced mono output cards compatible with the V-Matrix system. The VM2148AU is a balanced stereo Audio Input card, and must be used with balanced stereo audio output cards compatible with the V-Matrix system.
Either card may be used to input mono, stereo, or multiple surround-sound channels of balanced audio. While any input of the VM2141AU may be routed to any output of a compatible mono audio output card, the VM2148AU requires each stereo pair to be switched together to a compatible stereo audio card output.
