The MultiTasker® MT102-181 8-Slot Enclosure + Front Panel includes the MT100-101 8-slot enclosure, and one of the compatible front panels. Together these are 3.5”/89mm (2U) high and 17"/432 mm (1- rack) wide, include a power cord, and slot covers required to cover unused slots.
This unit is perfect for applications where the MultiTasker needs to be controlled using front panel keys, as it has 36 user-programmable keys and microprocessors.
The keys offer removable transparent faces allowing access to insert the included pre-printed labels for easy identification of programmed functions. Non-volatile memory protects the programming during power-down. Programming is accomplished through either the front or back 9pin RS-232 port. A 9pin control cable for programming or RS-232 control is included.
For applications that utilize a computer or third-party control system, use the MT102-182 combo with front and backside 9pin D-sub connectors and microprocessors. The main microprocessor for the MultiTasker is included, which is required for external RS-232 control of the MT100-106; also included is an RS-232 control cable.
