The MT103-127 and MT103-128 are high-resolution line drivers and interfaces designed to connect a computer video source to a compatible monitor or projector over long distances. The MT103-127 is compatible with VGA–UXGA resolutions.
The inputs on the MT103-127 are connected via a standard computer VGA connector while the outputs provided are RGBHV, RGBS, or RGsB. The Composite Sync and Sync on Green signals are generated onboard and may be selected by the user.
The MT103-127 uses video signal equalization and horizontal position controls to compensate for signal quality on long cable runs up to 400ft (122m) between units. Switch settings allow these features to be controlled either through software control (RS-232) or from a hardware adjustment accessible on the front of the card. Signal detection circuitry allows the user to determine the presence of an input signal. The HelpInside feature allows programmers to have access to command structures and control of the MT103-127 from any terminal.
The MT103-127 also has menu-driven protocol implemented for easier RS-232 control, which eliminates the requirement of typing lengthy commands for output adjustments.
The MT103-128 is a VGA-to-3 BNC Line Driver/Interface/Buffered Loop that provides RGsB outputs and a buffered VGA local monitor output on a standard 15pin HD connector.
