The DA103-120 provides a means of transmitting computer or component video signals over Twisted Pair type (CAT5) cable when used together with an ALTINEX Twisted Pair video receiver, DA103-121. The DA103-120 is also compatible with other ALTINEX Twisted Pair products, such as the DA1931CT or the TP115-111.
The DA103-120 is compact and easy to use. It offers a female 15pin HD input with the native Plug & Play compatibility and a female RJ45 output connector provides the differential drive to Twisted Pair cables.
This unit also offers three different options for receiving power and
for your convenience, the accessories are included. You can power from the 15pin
HD connector on the computer using the VESA +5V pin. If there is no power on the 15pin connector, or the video cable in use does not support this option, the USB connector provides the
necessary power. Another popular and handy alternative is to use the 9V exteranl power adapter
which is included with the DA103-120 if there is no USB port available or if the
port supplies insufficient power.
