All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and do not include sales tax or shipping. Prices and specifications are subject to change at any time without notice. Please call for confirmation of all quotes after 90 days from date of issue. Special volume pricing discounts are available to qualified customers.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
U.S.A. Pre-payment, A.C.H., Wire Transfer, American Express, Discover, Visa, Mastercard. International Interbank Wire Transfer, Money Order, Certified Check, American Express, Discover, Visa, Mastercard. Credit Card/Wire Transfers may be subject to a service charge. Checks returned for any reason are subject to a service charge. Open Terms may be arranged for qualified accounts upon approval. Purchase Orders are required for all purchases. For Prepay customers: payments must be received within two (2) weeks of order placement.
Custom products and special order items subject to a minimum of 25% deposit. All custom product sales, including factory configured products with custom engraving are final and cannot be returned for credit.
Purchase Orders cannot be cancelled except with our consent. Cancellations are subject to a possible service charge. Cancellations of custom orders and/or special items may be subject to forfeiture of deposit.
All prices are based on EXW (Ex Works), Placentia, California. All orders are shipped via “best” shipping method (i.e. UPS Ground or equivalent) unless shipping method is specified by customer or unless shipment requires special handling. All standard orders are billed Prepay & Add unless specified otherwise. Designated truck line shipments are shipped Freight Collect. Please specify shipping method on all purchase orders. Shipping weights indicated in product literature are approximate and subject to change.
All efforts are made to ship orders as specified on purchase orders. Please specify desired delivery date on all purchase orders. The majority of stock items ship within 24 hours of receipt of the order. Urgent “rush” shipments are subject to additional handling charges. One (1) drop shipment is allowed per purchase order, subject to approval. ALTINEX is not responsible for shipping delays or delivery failure.
Partial orders are shipped as soon as product is available unless purchase order or customer specifies otherwise.
NON WARRANTY REPAIRS
If product is out of warranty then repair charge is required. Minimum repair charge: $125 or 15% of the dealer cost (whichever is higher) plus cost of failed components. Altinex will repair failed product after repair cost has been approved by customer and proper financial arrangements are made.
All returns require pre-approval. Click the Return Material Authorization (RMA) link above, complete the form and submit to ALTINEX for an RMA number. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Only items returned in original condition may be accepted. RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Items returned for credit are subject to the following re-stocking charges:
- All standard products returned within 20 days from invoice date have no restocking charge.
- All standard products returned within 21 to 90 days are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
- All factory configured or custom (“C”) products without custom engraving returned within 90 days from invoice date are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
- All custom product orders involving a Technical Support Request (TSR) or custom engraving, or orders for customer specific products are final, are not cancellable and are not returnable for credit.
- No return for credit is accepted beyond 90 days.
